Used generic exhaust clamps instead of OEM clamps. We were quoted 20 min took almost an hour charged $ 70.00 plus. We had been in previous for service and that is when they found out the one clamp was We were quoted 20 min took almost an hour charged $ 70.00 plus. We had been in previous for service and that is when they found out the one clamp was missing, and another was broken. We were giving a picture of a clamp and believed this was the type of clamp they were going to use. Wrong. We were charged over five dollars for shop supplies. Not sure what shop supplies were. More
