The part they replaced was not the issue. So I had to pay $300 out of pocket because is wasn’t covered under my warranty and I still have the same problem with my car. More

Hi Matthew- Your vehicle originally came in with a key error issue. Our Technician found the hood had been damaged and was in an accident. The hood latch was replaced, and the key worked properly when you picked up your vehicle. After you left, the error message came back on. Upon further review, there is likely an underlying issue that remains from the accident damage. We would like for you to drop the vehicle off for further diagnosis. I did not receive a car wash, or my tires rotated. I came in also for my tire sensor I was told my sensor was just falling off but now it’s back on again. I wonder what the excuse is now. More
