I went to Fred Martin on the recommendation of my daughter who purchased her first new vehicle approximately two years ago. She had such a great experience, I gave them a try. Awful. Richard is a liar and flat out lied about me agreeing to a charge he assured me several times was covered under warranty. My husband questioned the charge, Rich lied and said I signed off and po agreeing to a charge he assured me several times was covered under warranty. My husband questioned the charge, Rich lied and said I signed off and pointed to the rental agreement, which my husband did not read until after he paid. Nothing about diagnostic charges in the rental agreement. Rich sputtered over his explanation until he threatened to just not return our car until my husband paid. Worst lying sack of xxxx ever. Rich gloated that atleast they did the oil change and I got a free rental. Gee thanks for doing a service I asked you to do, that was part of the sales agreement and paying for a rental that you always agreed to pay for. I am forever grateful that you did an oil change you're suppose to do. Would you like a hug for doing the bare minimum requirement of your job? I do not appreciate having false claims of approval on charges I was told over an over were warranty. And the balant lie I signed off on those charges when in fact it was only a rental agreement. Please fire rich. He's xxxxing awful at his job. More

Patrick' is always helpful in the. service department. he goes over everything that was done.
