I wanted a new Altima in red and had been to several local dealerships and no one could find me one. I called Fred Martin because I bought my last Altima there. Ben located one within two days. Most everything was done over the phone so we were in and out of the dealership quickly. Ben did an excellent job at explaining how all the features worked on the car, it’s an hour drive for us and well worth it! I love this car and have gotten so many compliments on it. I'm usually pleased with my service here and would recommend Fred Martin, but was a bit disappointed this time. The service tech did not make note of a heavily corroded battery terminal which I notic recommend Fred Martin, but was a bit disappointed this time. The service tech did not make note of a heavily corroded battery terminal which I noticed when we came to pick up the car. My wife had to wait longer than she wanted while they performed a battery service which could've been taken care during the initial service. Nate noticed the car was still dirty and offered another car wash, but we noticed there were grime smears on the tailgate when my wife got the car back home. Nate was pleasant and helpful. More
