Holly provided one of the best experiences buying a vehicle I have ever had. Not once did she pull the “management made me shove this down the customers throat” bs. She talked to us, gave her opinion o vehicle I have ever had. Not once did she pull the “management made me shove this down the customers throat” bs. She talked to us, gave her opinion on the matter and let us decide. Then proceeded to work with her team and presented an offer on the car we wanted that I literally could not argue with. I told them that I had 3 issues and they likely were either computer or battery based and my BRAKE light came on sometimes. So they scheduled me for 3 inspections instead of 1 or 2. Charged me $497 f either computer or battery based and my BRAKE light came on sometimes. So they scheduled me for 3 inspections instead of 1 or 2. Charged me $497 for a battery replacement and oil change. I will not be coming back again due to the added service inspection fee which cost me $197 more than necessary. More
