I was very pleased with the professionalism of each staff member in this dealership. Quoted repair was $815. I thought this sounded quite high. I inquired about the parts & labor, then proceeded to get quotes for the exact same work at other Nissan Dealership Service Departments for $30 high. I inquired about the parts & labor, then proceeded to get quotes for the exact same work at other Nissan Dealership Service Departments for $300 cheaper! I talked with the tech at Fred Martin Nissan and conveyed this to him, then he became very dismissive. On top of this, when I picked up my car, the interior smelled of cigarette smoke. My car has never been smoked in and now the interior has been ruined. I understand that workers might take "smoke breaks", but this is unacceptable. More
