I was questioned multiple times on why I wanted a tire rotation, I was told I didn’t need a rotation, also I asked for the tires to be crossed and again questioned on that as well. Then the service writer rotation, I was told I didn’t need a rotation, also I asked for the tires to be crossed and again questioned on that as well. Then the service writer didn’t tell his techs to cross them. I am unhappy with the improper use of an impact when rotating my tires. Then the serviceman proceeded to tell me I needed new lug nuts as an “FYI” as he so kindly put it. One of my tires was slammed upon my passenger side step by a different tech. So many things were not done like they used to be when I would use the fast lane for every service on this vehicle. More

I bought a 2005 Town & County mini van to convert to a mini rv. It is in excellent condition with only 94,500 miles on it. When I signed the paperwork and drove off the lot before the first exit the EGR v mini rv. It is in excellent condition with only 94,500 miles on it. When I signed the paperwork and drove off the lot before the first exit the EGR valve went out, and the compressor for the ac went out. I started to frett immediately, since I bought it as is. But Fred Martin replaced bouth at no charge! I definitely recommend Fred Matin Superstore for purchasing a new or used car!! More
