Amber responded quickly and was always very responsive to my emails. However she was not able to come anywhere close to the quote I got from the main Chrysler page for a Pacifica lease. A friend of ours recommended a different dealership to us and said they were the best and "hooked him up". When we decided to go check it out, I spoke to a woman and was to meet her about a specific vehicle. and said they were the best and "hooked him up". After not meeting with who I was supposed to, the sales guy attempting to push me into a vehicle I wanted nothing to do with, telling me the car I wanted sold that morning(even though there was multiple on the lot, I found all of them, for him), then test driving a beat-up version of what I wanted and being asked to put a deposit (hold) on it until it was fixed, which was tbd.... We left. I then found Amber Williams, well, she found me after I was checking the website out. =) She made this process so smooth, I was able to get what I wanted and it was even at a comfortable price! I would definitely recommend her and Fred Martin Superstore. =) More

Michael R. was very attentive in selling me the Chevy Camaro. He called me 2 times before I came to the dealership.
