I just wanted to say how impressed I was with their professionalism, from the advisor to the techs. Especially appreciated how you could watch on a monitor the person draining the oil and installing a new filter and torquing the drain bolt. They walk you through the process step-by-step to make sure you saw and know everything that is being done. They even torqued the lug nuts when I had a wheel tire rotation done. The service there was outstanding. More
