Hi Anthony. We apologize for your experience, however, there are multiple issues here that need addressing. The vehicle in question was purchased As-Is from us with 242k Miles on it. This vehicle was also not with you during your visit, meaning the best appraisal we could provide would be based on year, mileage, and last known condition. Without the vehicle physically present, we are unable to provide you with a higher value on this trade and we stand by our offer. In regards to comments regarding the manager involved, at no point did the manager exclaim "We don't need to do business with people like you". When the manager made you aware that you had negative equity on your vehicle, you stated "I'm not buying from you". The manager involved then thanked you for your time, to which you responded " I don't need to do business with you". In turn, the manager responded "You're right. Thank you and have a good day". You then proceeded to call them an expletive and walk out. We understand the frustration that comes with having a vehicle appraised for lower than what you had hoped, however, we stand by our offer and do not believe our employees deserve to be harassed when we can't come to an agreement on an offer. We thank you for your comments.

I sunk thousands into safety repairs right after purchase because of undisclosed issues you should’ve caught before you sold it to me. You didn’t even inspect the vehicle. You’re twisting facts to lowball the appraisal my over disgust is the manager’s behavior: I didn’t say “I’m not buying from you” out of nowhere—that came after he exploded, yelling “We don’t need to do business with people like you” when I pushed back on your garbage offer. He was the one who turned hostile first, raising his voice and dismissing me like trash. Your version flips the script to make me the bad guy, Only after his unprovoked aggression—self-defense in a heated moment doesn’t make me the harasser. You don’t get to rewrite history to protect your shady staff. If you have video I suggest you review it. This isn’t frustration over a low offer; it’s outrage at your pattern of deceit, from selling lemons to lying in public responses. #FredMartinSuperstore #CarDealerScam #BuyerBeware

Hello, It is unfortunate that Scott was unprofessional when I picked my car up, but now he is a liar as well, when this incident occurred and I looked up at him, he definitely tried to fix his statement up and of course he would not tell you the truth about his statement. I have absolutely no reason to lie about what happened and take time out of my busy schedule to address this, I have absolutely nothing to gain from this, it was paid in full and all transactions where financially covered with NO PROBLEM on my END. However this incident left a nasty taste in my mouth about how SOME customers may be treated, It was the end of the day and it was busy maybe this was an bad day for Mr Scott.
