Good morning. We apologize that your experience was anything less than 5-stars. On your last visit, you had come in on a vehicle at our Arlington road store and were told this vehicle would be dropped off at our location for your to purchase. Due to a breakdown in our communication, we learned that vehicle had previously sold before your arrival. Our vehicles are sold on a first-come first-serve basis and are not typically held for customers without a deposit, however, we should have been more diligent in ensuring we could get you this vehicle and let you know the vehicle had sold prior to your arrival. We dropped the ball here and we apologize for this. We thank you for your review and will be taking steps to improve our communication going forward.
