Worst car buying experience ever. They sold me a crappy car with stuff that was broken and never told me about those things. And then nobody would take responsibility for that. And Brett Smith was the worst. His attitude was dismissive at best and condescending at worst. They could have made me a happy customer if they would have just spent about another $200 to fix one thing. Extremely long wait time (3+ hours) to get into F&I to sign the paperwork. Had to come back at a later date to pick up the vehicle.
