We are extremely happy with Fred Martin but also our sales rep Amber Williams. She went above and beyond and got us a fabulous deal on our car. From seeing a few cars to test driving to filling out the paperwork, the process was smooth and everyone was helpful. I think we were in for about 4-5 hours. Finance and paper work took about 1 - 1 1/2 hours, which was much faster than how it normally goes I was told by family. I get free oil changes for 2 years and free roadside assistance for 3 years.
