I had to calm my children down because they were so upset with how Joe spoke to us/them and even from the mouth of a child, through her tears she said she couldn't understand why someone would be so mean to us for no reason. Amazing service I have been looking for a vehicle for almost 2 years my credit was not good. Some dealerships I went to I was made to feel bad. Trey at Fred Martin treated me like a friend. There was no almost 2 years my credit was not good. Some dealerships I went to I was made to feel bad. Trey at Fred Martin treated me like a friend. There was no pressure. He listen to what I was looking for then when I was sent over to Rhonda in financial, she was the same. I would highly recommend this place they are helping me establish credit, was able to get my interest rate lower than any other place I have found and I was able to get the vehicle that I was looking for. Will not go to any other place now it’s a little bit of a drive for me but well worth it 2 thumbs up for Fred Martin superstore.
