I felt like she was on my side with trying to get me the best deal. Yuliana was very polite and helped me empty my car to transfer my belongings to my new car. She made sure I didn't forget the small details, such as the CD player and E-ZPass and even got me a small baggie for my smaller items. Before I pulled away, she went through each feature in the car and how it works. Now I can fully take advantage of the many amazing features my new Subaru has to offer! The man I signed the paperwork with was also very polite (John I believe his name was??) They're all willing to work with you and get you the best deal possible. Overall, very pleasant experience!
