Everyone was very nice and very helpful. I loved that I was there was greeted, checked my car in and was updated with any changes. Also my cat was done in about 3 hours or less!!! Oustanding service from beginning to end! They were going to explain how all the electronics in the RAV worked before I drove off, but I wanted to figure them out on my own. No dealership that I have ever dealt with wants to explain the electronics in a car. They make you figure it out for themselves. I believe this is a wonderful service that Freeman offers because many people are technology challenged and end up driving around without knowing what their vehicle can offer them.
