Belal was excellent. My minor complain was the service department telling me that my car will not be ready until Friday since Belal is off and will not be back until tha My minor complain was the service department telling me that my car will not be ready until Friday since Belal is off and will not be back until that day (Friday). An hour later, one of the service reps called me that my car is ready. He informed me that Belal asked him to take care of the service while he is off. I have to reschedule appointments because of the erroneous information. More

Maria really helped me out when I felt desperate . I was away from home and was stranded. Got a jump start and Maria made sure I got what I needed, even though it was close to closing time.
