I came in with a dead battery. Hunter, knowing we had this before determined the cause of the battery drain. They rotated the tires, but didnt check the air pressure on each. Looks like one of the tires had a nail and I wish they could have taken the time to check that. Otherwise, great job! on each. Brian in service has been fantastic! I have had nothing but problems with tires in the local construction zones. Bought a set of tires here cheaper than the other tire shops. It Took three days and three tries to get correct part and replace it. I spent 3 days @5 hours a day waiting there. Everyday was an eighty mile round trip, 2 hour drive, which they knew. On the final inst and replace it. I spent 3 days @5 hours a day waiting there. Everyday was an eighty mile round trip, 2 hour drive, which they knew. On the final installation, the mechanic broke something else and then did not have time to readdress it. Now I am waiting on that replacement part. Derrick was the only good experience out of this other than some missed communication on his part. More
