Our salesman stopped answering phone calls and text messages Monday morning, despite promising he’d be there to help with pickup. We left the vehicle over the weekend for upgrades that were supposed to be completed by Monday morning. When we arrived, the truck wasn't ready. It was covered in bird poop, had less than half a tank of fuel, and none of the upgrades were completed. Even worse, there was a dent and scratch on the passenger door that definitely wasn’t there when we bought it. What should’ve been a simple 10-minute pickup for a fully paid-for vehicle turned into a nearly two-hour waste of time. The sales team couldn’t reach our salesman, couldn’t locate the keys, and had no idea where the floor mats were — the same ones they promised when we purchased the truck. By the time we finally got the vehicle, we were completely fed up and just wanted to leave. Given how poorly the morning had gone, we had no faith they’d do anything about the damage, the missing items, or the fact they didn’t even bother to fill the tank as promised. The whole thing was a frustrating, disappointing mess — and we won’t be back. More
I think John Moen is awesome, he does a great job. My issue is with the dealership. I bought my vehicle there, got a blowout and invoked my service program on towing. What they dont tell you is towing is only covered for up to 5 miles from the dealership, everything else is on you. So that was not told to me upon contract signing. Follow up, my tire was replaced, i wasnt charged but it appears that they either never returned and or lost my Wheel lock when the tire was replaced because this past weekend I came in for a rotation and I dont have a wheel lock. So either you never gave it to me upon purchase or you lost it when my car got dropped off by the tow truck driver. Again, all the service guys always treat me great, my issue is behind the scenes with management and finance. What they sell you and what you get are two different things.. Makes me tell people avoid buying from this dealership. More
