I went to Front Royal Ford to have my 2017 Mustang serviced. So while I had to wait for that to be done I asked Zach Orndorff who I could talk to about looking at a vehicle. He took me to Tyler Deaver serviced. So while I had to wait for that to be done I asked Zach Orndorff who I could talk to about looking at a vehicle. He took me to Tyler Deavers, great choice,. Tyler showed me what I wanted to look at which was a Ford Transit Connect passenger vehicle. He answered all my many questions and showed me how to work things in the vehicle with much patience, kindness and knowledge. After looking and discussing everything I ended up purchasing the vehicle. Roland, in financial was also a big help with this. So much understanding and kindness was shown by these employees. One of the reasons I deal with Front Royal Ford is due to these kind employees. Tyler is an employee that needs to be recognized. I have dealt with many dealerships and their employees and I have never been treated with the respect I received at Front Royal Ford. Tyler is awesome!!! Zach is also a great addition to the service department. Thanks to all who spent time with me the day I made my purchase and afterward. The wrong part was ordered to repair my cover for the bed of my new pickup. I have driven to Front Royal and back 2 times for this repair form Alexandria. Never heard from the manager I spoke with on Saturday – neither on Saturday nor today - though he guaranteed he would get right back to me. That makes FRR 0 for 6 in making a simple promised phone call, a batting percentage of .000, followed by selling the car I said I would buy as soon as I got the answer to two simple questions. I’m guessing the dealership found a customer who had a trade you could make more off of, or who needed a high interest loan. I cannot think of another reason that a willing customer would be ignored repeatedly. Wow, is this horrible customer service – I went online and looked at reviews-0 about 50 out of 300+ reviews were one star and many, many of them were about communication – guess I will be adding to the list of negative reviews on that site and any others I can find, though it is clear it will likely make little difference at your end, as no one at the dealer seems to care in the least about following through on their word or losing customers. Hopefully it will serve as a warning to other potential customers. More
