May 30 – Oil change and tire rotation. June 7 – Oil change warning came on. Called Front Royal Ford Service and asked how to reset. Reply from young man: “I don’t know how to reset it, t June 7 – Oil change warning came on. Called Front Royal Ford Service and asked how to reset. Reply from young man: “I don’t know how to reset it, they are all different. You will need to google it.” July 25 – Coolant leak on right side of engine. Laurel the serviced advisor called later and told me the cost. July 29 – Picked up F250 - $1059.78 Returned home and found the coolant reservoir empty!! Called dealership and asked for Laurel. Reply from same young man: “She’s at lunch.” Asked to speak to the service manager. Reply: He’s not available.” Began explaining my concern and was interrupted. “We are not incompetent . I’ll have Laurel call you.” and hung up. She called back a short time later. She advised me not to drive the truck with the reservoir empty and she had a gallon of antifreeze delivered. She was polite and professional. Refreshing change. I mixed the antifreeze per the directions and filled the reservoir to the specified level. Drove the truck a few miles and had to refill the reservoir. Will check level again tomorrow. Am concerned with possible engine damage! Today will be spent cleaning and polishing scratches on the chrome grill guard that your technicians used as a ladder. More

I sold my Volvo to this Dealer 2 years ago. I recently had to pay both town and county property taxes on this vehicle because I was unable to prove that I was no longer the owner. The F & I lad I recently had to pay both town and county property taxes on this vehicle because I was unable to prove that I was no longer the owner. The F & I lady and another bookkeeper lady both bent over backwards to find the sale date in their records and generate a duplicate bill of sale for me. They knew that I wasn't going to spend money, yet they both treated me like I was buying a whole fleet of F 150s. Thanks to their kindness and diligence, I'll be getting a large refund on the taxes paid. When I'm next in the market for another E150, I will go there first! More
