My husband did a lot of the preliminary work on the phone with Brandon. We knew exactly what we wanted, ie., model, color, no additional packages. Chris was the greatest. Any questions we had he was able to answer. He made the process so smooth. He handled all the paperwork; we didn’t have to do anything except sign and drive our new Venza. Galaxy had the model car I wanted, so I called to make sure it was available and asked about the usual add-on (pin stripping, etc) that dealers tend to throw on. I was informed they didn't do that.
