TERRIBLY dishonest!! Was looking to purchase a used car. Mark from sales "helped" us look around and found us something that seemed perfect. We called a few days later after sleeping on it to get the final price, just to be told that the price would not only NOT be dropped, but that it was actually $1000 MORE than what we were told the asking price was. In hindsight I should have known Mark was lying--he continually gave us a lot of double talk, as if he had no idea what he was doing. Even if he didn't know what he was doing, common human decency should indicate that lying is a big turn off, even if you are trying to make a sale. Highly disappointed in this dealership. Mark gives the entire dealership a bad name. More

2017 RAV4 We went in "just looking" and getting the price for a trade-in and we came home 2 hrs. later with a new Toyota. We never felt pressured or lied to. Dishonest and Rude Employees This is the most dishonest business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. When I came in person they went back on their word and tried to add $2,000 to the agreed upon price. The management tried to deny the deal they originally made and when it was presented in writing said they didn't care. I would highly recommend you avoid this dealership. More

"2017 Tacoma TRD Pro" I am a Connecticut resident who had to travel to Eatontown, NJ to finally purchase a Toyota vehicle. I can only say that CT Toyota dealerships can learn a lot about customer service from Galaxy Toyota. After intense research I decided the Tacoma TRD Pro was the pick-up truck for me, my first, as well as the first ever Toyota I would purchase. The first dealership I visited was Stamford (CT) Toyota. I walked into the showroom and told the first salesperson I met that I wanted to purchase a 2017 Tacoma TRD Pro. The response I received was amazing. He actually laughed at me and told me if I ordered one today I be able to get one in 6 months. For real? I shouted back, so everyone in the showroom could hear, that this is exactly why I am 55 years old and have NEVER owned a Toyota!! No effort to search for the truck for me even though I was ready to purchase the vehicle that day. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and each and every time I ventured into a Toyota dealership in CT (Stamford, Westport, Milford) it has been a horrible experience. I went home and started my own search and located the '17 Tacoma TRD Pro at Galaxy Toyota. From my first phone call, to 5 days later when I picked up my new Tacoma, my experience at Galaxy was stellar. The entire transaction was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. The salesperson I dealt with, Nicole Arango, was amazing. She gave me her cell # and answered all of my questions promptly. My experience on the day I picked up my truck went smoothly with no glitches or surprises. Finance Director Hyung Yoo was professional and friendly. No hard sales pitches. The TRD Pro is amazing. One of the best, if not THE best, vehicles I have ever owned. I would never hesitate to recommend Galaxy Toyota to anyone and If I decide to purchase another Toyota I will take the ride to Eatontown....well worth the trip!! By the way, I couldn't resist...on the way home back to CT, I swung by Stamford Toyota, pulled up in front of the showroom and beeped the horn!! I got the truck I wanted in 5 days from Galaxy Toyota!
