Paid $40k for a certified pre-owned. We brought it back up there multiple times to tell them the brakes were messed up. They changed the rotors and they just warped again horribly. Came We brought it back up there multiple times to tell them the brakes were messed up. They changed the rotors and they just warped again horribly. Came back again and the service tech gave a nonsense explanation that there was a 2mm gap in the brakes and that it should go away as they wear in. We've had them changed again and same deal. Someone traded in a car with chronic problems and they pawned it off on us. After the second time we brought it up it was clear that we were suckers and they weren't going to lift another finger. Just kicked the can down the road longer. I now understand that BMW's suck and the dealer sucks even worse. More
