The whole car buying experience at Galleria was wonderful from the start of looking at cars to finishing up in the finance office. Shane, the GSM, came over and spoke to us and was very personable the entire time and actually took time to get to know us and our situation as Lake was working two customers at once. Shane put together a heck of a deal for us to get us into the X5 that we wanted and was very quick about it. After signing the papers, we went into the finance office and Cody took time to make sure we got what we needed and was really nice the entire time also.
