I still own two 2018 BMW’s for six years from Galleria BMW and have had nothing but good experiences with the service department. I have 90,000 miles on my X5 with only routine maintenance performed. From the moment you arrive and exit your car someone is there to greet you and assist you. The staff as a team is always there to assist you. Even though they didn’t have a loaner vehicle for me to use , t there to greet you and assist you. The staff as a team is always there to assist you. Even though they didn’t have a loaner vehicle for me to use , they kept me updated on the status of the work being done. The waiting area was very clean so it wasn’t so bad to sit and wait. They returned my vehicle clean on the outside maybe next time they will vacuum it out also. Overall, I was completely satisfied. More
