Overall great experience purchasing my new vehicle. The one thing that I would recommend to Jeep as a company (no negative reflection on Garavel) would be to provide an alternative method of "register The one thing that I would recommend to Jeep as a company (no negative reflection on Garavel) would be to provide an alternative method of "registering" your customer/vehicle other than through an app. I unfortunately am in dire need of upgrading/replacing my smartphone (I'm finding that through 'planned obsolescence' I'm not able to download certain apps, etc. on my phone). I was certainly not expecting that this would be an issue when purchasing a new vehicle, but it was quite the hassle while trying to finalize the purchase. Please consider this when dealing with a customer that might not be totally up to speed on the latest and greatest smartphone technology. More
