On the contrary, Maikel educated me on the myriad options available so that I could make the best buying decision for what I was looking for (especially since I was considering this is a long term hold). Without his guidance, I would have some bad decisions about the model and options. And, that made the whole process more of an account executive process rather than a sales process. Maikel was by far the best auto representative I have dealt with in the past 30 years, and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering a Jeep. And, Mary Gallagher was also very helpful and professional in the documentation and insurance phase of the process. Rather than another high pressure sell, she was also more of an educator about the different options available based on the type of vehicle and expected holding period.
