Okay experience We went to the dealer on a Saturday the sales representative told us we had to put down $2,500 originally for the Jeep Wrangler. The dealer called us We went to the dealer on a Saturday the sales representative told us we had to put down $2,500 originally for the Jeep Wrangler. The dealer called us to see if we were able to put down the payment on the Jeep . We set up a appointment for later that day to buy the Jeep .I ask the receptionist that morning if the Jeep was still available when I made the appointment. She confirmed it was still available. As soon as we got to the dealership they informed us that they already sold the Jeep the day before after waiting 30 minutes for the appointment .They tried showing us other options but we weren’t interested so we left. About 30 minutes later we get a phone call saying the Jeep wasn’t sold and if we can return to buy the Jeep. The cost down payment was not 2,500 they asked for 5,000 after saying they already ran my credit. Other than that okay experience but they only gave us one key vs. two keys which every other time I purchased a used vehicle they have given me two keys . More

Great Experience overall Sal was a great Sales Rep. I appreciate that he wasn't very pushy, he just knew the facts about the car and very much let me drive conversation. Being in sales, I know some reps can get to pushy and that can often times kill a deal. He was good at finding 'pain points' and listening. The girl who worked in financing was overly pushy and pretty much the total opposite. At one point she had said 'you are the only person that's not bought this insurance to ever come through this dealership (Car theft insurance.)" There is no reason that the final stage of the process should have a negative feel to it, and it certainly did (other person with me agreed.) Confidence sells, not condescending. Other then the financing sales methodology of condescending remarks to pressure someone into buying something... the process was terrific. Good work, maybe you want to make some adjustments where i've highlighted. More
