I just had my 60k service done and overall I couldn't be happier with the level of the work completed. Today, Keith Zarembski conducted my service visit and it was just smooth sailing. I've been going to Garavel CJDR for five years now and Keith has primarily been my service representative over that time. So the second I walk through the door I know my vehicle is in good hands. He made sure to go over the details of the service to be completed and gave me his best quote for the service, which came in under his typically spot on amount. Easy drop off and pick up with no surprise problems. I hold Keith and all the other service technicians in very high regard and will continue to recommend them and Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to anyone looking for a service center or a new or used vehicle. I have been going to them for years now and each I would like to take this opportunity to say how grateful I am to the employees of Garavel Autogroup. I have been going to them for years now and each time I'm there am always greeted with a smile and/or handshake. My dealings there have always been fair and straight forward. I've been to my fair share of car dealerships over the years and this is by far the friendliest as well as most professional. I would highly recommend them. In fact I just leased two new vehicles from them a few months ago and my new sales rep Amir, helped me through the process from start to finish. Earlier this week I spoke on two occasions with Nick Collins about a recall notice we had received regarding our 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Nick was kind patient and extremely courteous. He said bring the car in anytime that was convenient and to allow 90 minutes to two hours for the service. I arrived this morning, April 4, at 815 am and Nick walked me over to Michelle Johnson. Michelle was every bit as kind patient and courteous as Nick. I was shown your very comfortable waiting area and although I did not avail myself of the coffee bagels etc I did read the NY Post. To my surprise in less than one hour Michelle appeared and gave me the keys to our vehicle no 90 minutes, no two hours. Less than 60 minutes job completed. Great service, great dealership and most importantly great people. Next time we are in the market for a new vehicle your dealership goes right to the top of our list. Thank you. Gary Klahr More

I needed immediate service on my husband's truck, a vehicle I have never driven. Keith offered to send someone to my house to drive the truck to the dealership for service! The truck was serviced quickly and I was on my way back home in an hour. I was also looking for accessories for the vehicle and Keith sent me to see John in Parts who was very helpful in explaining my different options. When I called my husband at work and told him about my experience at Garavel he was stunned that someone went that far to help me out. I would recommend Garavel to anyone who is looking for service the way it use to be. More
Being that we've had a rough winter my car has been in the shop more often than I care to say. A few weeks ago my car was getting repairs from some prior incident which consisted of a new tire sensor, in the shop more often than I care to say. A few weeks ago my car was getting repairs from some prior incident which consisted of a new tire sensor, new tires, etc. Just last weekend due to the negligence of theI-287 NY State Highway DOT my car encountered severe pot holes. I was trying to dodge one, and two other ones were in my path. Like land mines that I was trying to avoid I needed to to back onto I-95. Unfortunately my car was damaged by this holes of destruction. Keith knew how often my car had been in Garavel due to the heavy winter we've been having and helped me by working with me, and make it something that I could afford. Knowing that someone wants to work with my situation and encourages me to be a repeat and very satisfied customer! More
