Chris Scarlett was our sales rep and sold us a Crosstrek. I don't like to be sold anything but dealing with Chris was so easy. I have always been happy with my local dealer. HOWEVER I I have always been happy with my local dealer. HOWEVER I am extremely unhappy with Subaru that they stopped the free replacement of their defective I have always been happy with my local dealer. HOWEVER I am extremely unhappy with Subaru that they stopped the free replacement of their defective headlights. This defect has occurred in both my 2010 Outback and 2013 Legacy numerous times. Subaru had previously stepped up to the plate to cover the replacements. To arbitrarily stop this policy is a disgrace and extremely disappointing! More
