You think they don't listen to you, they barrage you constantly, bothering you...well, this is the oppos You know how you dread going to a dealership? You think they don't listen to you, they barrage you constantly, bothering you...well, this is the opposite of that. Rudy and all of the sales and support people (including the manager and teddy), were just awesome all around. We've never had a subaru, Rudy was our guy and the test drive was great, very informative, and there wasn't a lot of wasted time negotiating prices, just the facts. we traded in our car although the value wasn't great they managed to give us some wiggle room on our monthly lease. Not only is the car stellar, but you'll feel better with these people at your back, supporting you even after you've driven off the lot. I've already been followed up with a couple days after my purchase just to see how I was doing, talk about a wonderful team. While we were there they introduced us to every department, and each dept gave us a little gift as a welcome to the subaru family. who does that? trick or treat...and we also got a usb stick full of great music as a parting gift. geeeze.. just check them out! More

Buying a car can be stressful, but it wasn't at Garavel Subaru. From Sam being available to show me cars and answer any questions I had, to Logan helping us crunch numbers to Jose helping us with the loan and the admin staff asking if we needed any refreshments, the customer service was exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to come here for any future Subaru needs and highly recommend the dealership, and Sam's services, to anyone looking to buy or lease a Subaru. I love my 2016 Subaru Outback so far and can't wait to take it on road trips! More

Now That Was Fun! Who would think buying a car is fun? It actually is for us with Garavel Subaru. Last night we picked up our sixth Subaru -- our fourth with Garav Who would think buying a car is fun? It actually is for us with Garavel Subaru. Last night we picked up our sixth Subaru -- our fourth with Garavel! Both of us drive Subarus and both cars were purchased from Garavel. The Garavel staff is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fascinating -- music aficionados, exhibiting artists, dog lovers, you name it, they are there, adding to the fun experience. Our Certified Sales Consultant Dave Novik is like family now, used to our preferences (!) and personalities, and is one of the best in the business. Business Manager Tom Nerreau knows more about us than we do at this point and the first part of our work with him is always catching up on family, such a beautiful touch in a business that does not have that kind of relationship. Certified Sales Consultant Miles Shapiro was our "first" Garavel contact and shepherded that relationship through the years with his dog Lulu. Proprietors Paul and Jeremy Garavel, known for their charitable work, also have extended many professional courtesies to my employer, an environmental nonprofit. And the car experience . . . smooth, professional and efficient. No matter what we asked, we were answered and Garavel delivered. The car price was competitive (we are educated consumers and we checked!) and the car choice was diverse. When we got home, a UPS delivery waited for us from Subaru Corporate Headquarters in New Jersey -- a beautiful high-quality leather duffel and travel bag with a handwritten note from a HQ staff with whom I had to speak and to whom I mentioned this was my sixth Subaru. I regaled her with stories of my first Subaru red hatch right out of grad school that my then-boyfriend, for the past nearly 40 years my spouse, used to drive off in without telling me. So much for trusting relationships! Thank you, Dave and Tom, and thanks also to the Garavel family for being our trusted and respected auto partner all these years. More
