Not your typical used car manager, but rather made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and did whatever he could to accommodate my needs. Also committed to offering the best financing interest rate anywhere, which he then did - awesome! My experience in the finance office was unfortunately what I’ve come to expect at a typical, pushy dealer: a long sit in the waiting room followed by a hard sell of upgraded warrantees, even after I made very clear several times in the conversation I was not interested. Recognizing Jose was likely just doing his job, he used lots of warranty jargon, raced through complicated topics, and seemed to talk right past my comments. I also had to ask multiple times to have the optional VIN window etching service removed from the services/bill (which they finally did), only to find out as I was driving home that the windows were already etched - neglectful at best, deceitful at worst. Again, overall a great experience, and I am very happy with the value and with the quality of my Certified Preowned Subaru Outback. You won’t regret visiting Garavel - ask for Darlene! More

Forester deal! I was ready to buy a new car and knew I was interested in the Forester. We visited on a Saturday. We first met Elena, since we booked an appt. through the internet. Next we met Sergio, our car salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. We took a test drive and he showed us many of the vehicles details. We sat down and reviewed all the options I wanted. The car I test drove just sold and there was no other on the lot, however, they said they could find another one locally and likely I'd have within the next week or 2. By Tuesday, I was driving home with my new car. I think I got a great deal, but one never knows with car sales, especially when I went to the "finance" guy and was presented with the option of purchasing an extended warranty. Pricey; however, great peace of mind in some respects. All in all, I was ready for a new car; everyone was nice, friendly, helpful. This is my first Subaru and so far, I love my new Forester! My only suggestion is when you go, have time to go through the details. I didn't give myself enough time and there's a lot to buying a new car. More
