Amazing Salesperson & Dealership I traveled from Yonkers to Norwalk to see what this dealership was offering, that others didn't and hoping it wasn't a waste of time. It wasn't. Right from the start with dealing with Elena contacting me for a Subaru Forester test drive and pricing. No pressure to come in, just provided me information on the car and prices (even the car sticker!) over the phone. When I showed up an hour early --it was not a problem. She had Evelyn Santiago help me choose and go over the options. Evelyn was friendly and most important knowledgeable. I have been searching for a replacement to my Honda CRV-EX-L with navi lease (it was my 4th Honda lease). I visited over 8 dealerships and drove cars including Nissan Rouge, Toyota RAV4, Honda CRV-LX and EX-L, Volkswagen Tiguan and even a Limited Edition Subaru Forester (a different dealer). No salesperson can compare with Evelyn. The information and relaxed atmosphere of Garavel Subaru is unmatched!! Trust me on this because the dealerships I visited included the Bronx, Yonkers, New Rochelle and Stamford! Everyone I dealt with at Garavel Subaru in Norwalk was very professional and polite. Aside from the great sales people, they are very involved in working with many organizations donating time and money! Thank you so much Garavel! Keep up the good work and thank you Evelyn!
