Overall experience was ok. Even though the car was used a dealership always provide servicing to the car. We bought the car 3 wheels out of the four was the same and one was dif Even though the car was used a dealership always provide servicing to the car. Overall you the service was ok and because of the effort to get us the car I'm greatful. But I believe the tires could have been changed and a spare or new key could have been obtain. The key for the car was not in good shape and we have no spare key. More

Awesome Dealership! After being skeptical of dealerships, my fiance talked me into looking at a used car at Garavel Subaru that her mom had found during a service for her After being skeptical of dealerships, my fiance talked me into looking at a used car at Garavel Subaru that her mom had found during a service for her car. We first met with Bryan at the used car lot who answered anything we could ask him about any car we saw. We then met our salesman Dave Novik. He was very polite and professional, he addressed all of our concerns and was patient with our questions. Between Dave Novik and the Paul Albert we got a great value for our trade in and made a deal on our new (to us) car. We were directed to Tom, the business manager to work on the sales paperwork, as well as any warranty questions and options . Tom helped us get a better rate on our loan, and addressed any further problems we had, including getting hungry. After eating some some apples and signing some paperwork we were directed back to Dave who helped us update our insurance paperwork and had coordinated getting the car cleaned and ready to go. The entire experience was much more pleasant than I had anticipated and I will definitely be sending them any business I can! The entire staff was friendly, easy to deal with, and very knowledgeable. Edit: We forgot a few CDs in my fiances car, I called Dave the next business day and he tracked the car down and recovered the CDs we had forgotten. He even offered to have then shipped to us! This dealership has definitely earned my future business! More

Fast, No Pressure, Professional. I have been looking for a manual Legacy for many weeks when I located one on Garavel's website. I inquired and spoke with Elvin DelValle, who explaine I have been looking for a manual Legacy for many weeks when I located one on Garavel's website. I inquired and spoke with Elvin DelValle, who explained that the car was currently being serviced off the lot and would be available by the end of the week. He suggested that I make an appointment for this Saturday. I asked him if he could send a video, as soon as possible. Two days later I received a personal video showing the car. I called Elvin and told him I was interested. He called/emailed on Thursday advising that the car in back and ready to show. I asked if I could see it on Friday morning instead. My son and I met Elvin, and took a test drive. He asked "What do you think?" I said let's talk numbers. Asked him if I could pick up the car on Saturday. He said you can take it now if you have a hour or so. So within 1 1/2 hours, I was driving my new 6 speed home. In closing I have to say it was a smooth, no pressure, professional experience. I highly recommend Garavel Subaru, and especially Elvin, with his mellow professional approach. Many car sales people could take lessons from Elvin on how to sell.
