I continually have issues with them not recognizing me in the system. I have three vehicles from them in the past 2 years. I asked 3 people for my warranty details and no one could answer me or provide me a copy of my warranty. I was told the reason I had to pay $1500 on my 2 year old enclave because the prior warranty repair ca answer me or provide me a copy of my warranty. Ok so I bought a 6 year 120k warranty that you guys appear t o have no data on because of new ownership, your last warranty repair caused this issue and you charge me? I have bought 5 cars in 5 years from you guys and most likely won’t again. Randall would have never stood for such poor service. *** as I’m writing this 2 people were supposed to call me back and didn’t. I’ll will be copying and pasting this to google unless this gets rectified. More
