He made the entire process smooth, and we never felt pushed or rushed to make our decision. E. T.’s confident knowledge of the vehicle and all of its’ perks sold us before we even signed the paperwork. We left confident that a Kia was the best choice for our family, and are grateful for E.T.’s excellent customer service. While finalizing the deal in finance, Kenny Seo also proved that Kia Garden Grove is the place to be. I stressed to the sales person how speedy i wanted my purchase to be once i arrived.. The far exceeded that! Only downfall to the sale was the dealer refused to drop the extra $1500 windshield extra w purchase to be once i arrived.. The far exceeded that!
