check out form said check list attached. None attached and advisor was unable to print one. So what was checked? Check out form says decal attached to the car for the anti-theft software installation. None attached. Advisor is ok. Service Center needs improvement. I have no idea what they did or did not check, and in this case it was a long list of requested checking. It's time to look at Toyota again. Can't ever remember a problem with a Toyota dealer. Kia is so so. I had to drive past three Kia dealers to get to this one because the first three were not good news. More

Mia was friendly and professional, she never once made me feel pressured or like she was “pushy” in the presentation of the car. That is to say her attitude was not “this car is a sale and these people are n feel pressured or like she was “pushy” in the presentation of the car. That is to say her attitude was not “this car is a sale and these people are numbers” like we experienced at other dealerships. instead, she focused on listening to what we needed and wanted in a vehicle and strove to show us the ways that the telluride could assist us in that. When not in person, she didn’t over email or call us and let things be on our terms which made us feel relaxed and safe coming to her for our needs. More

I was a bit thrown back after being there for over two hours that the price I was told after going over the numbers was not the price that I was told when I got to finance. A huge mistake was made and the hours that the price I was told after going over the numbers was not the price that I was told when I got to finance. A huge mistake was made and they didn’t want to make things right. I ended up taking off an extra option I was paying for and they would only come down with the price of an existing option. Overall still paying more than I was told by about 4k. Even though the mistake was made My sales rep was still very nice and most of the process was painless. More
