I am pleased with the car that I bought, but am disappointed in how quickly the service levels changed at the dealership. Justin and the rest of the team were eager to do anything to make a sale, b disappointed in how quickly the service levels changed at the dealership. My wife had to go back to the dealer to retrieve something in the trade in and to sign paperwork, but was not treated in the same manner as the day before. The change in customer vs owner was so drastic that I will consider future options for the next car purchase. More
Worst services I gotten. I feel everytime I go it keeps getting worse and worse. I came for an oil change and got charged a 5k service fee. The power went out so they couldn’t access the system, lost a whole day waiting for my car to be ready. The guy that was helping us left without even notifying us or telling anyone else. They didn’t want to honor a coupon I had and they couldn’t dispute the charge because the system was down. I left and during the drive my oil light turns on. Had to drop off the car and leave it overnight since they supposedly didn’t have anyone to check it out. The next day i lost a whole day again since they said the car would be ready in the morning, it is 4pm. I also get charged for the oil sensor that supposedly stopped working. Ridiculous, this is the last time I bring my car here. More
