Sam Carmona assisted me with my new lease, accomplishing the task in under two hour on a Wednesday night. I diligently worked with his manager to get me a fair amount for my trade-in and got me a lower mon the task in under two hour on a Wednesday night. I diligently worked with his manager to get me a fair amount for my trade-in and got me a lower monthly payment than a competing dealer, retaining my business. In fact, the new monthly payment I got is a bit lower than the lease payment I was paying for my trade-in. I am a long standing client of GG Kia, having bought my first Kia in 2012. This purchase experience has been by far the easiest and most pleasant. I credit Sam and his excellent customer service skills. He is a hard worker and great asset to GG Kia. I will refer to Sam anyone I know that is looking for a new Kia. Thank you Sam! More

Cory communicated with my via text for a week, letting me know new inventory and responded very quickly to all of my questions. Cory was busy once I got there so he referred me to Bryanna who made my car buy know new inventory and responded very quickly to all of my questions. Cory was busy once I got there so he referred me to Bryanna who made my car buying experience the easiest I have ever experienced. Previously dealing with Honda dealerships who advise you to open up new credit cards and ask family members to give you money, I was very pleased with Garden Grove, Kia, and I will definitely be going back if I ever have another car buying need.
