The experience I received from Garden Grove Kia was unmatched in comparison to the other Southern California dealerships as this sales team truly cares for and values their customers. The sales manager unmatched in comparison to the other Southern California dealerships as this sales team truly cares for and values their customers. The sales manager, Chad Clarke, and the salesman, Cory Taylor, were extremely helpful in assisting me with finding the perfect car for me. I couldn’t be more happy with the car that I chose! Cory was patient and knowledgeable in walking me through the process of buying a car. With trading in my old car, the used car manager, Chad Taylor, was also helpful in that he gave me a good value for my car! Lastly, the finance manager, Kenny Seo, was very kind and walked me through all the paperwork to make sure I understood everything I was signing. Overall, this process of buying a car was extremely efficient and fast! More

Very pleasant staff and clean facility. However, the service staff is always trying to sell additional unnecessary services. For example, at 25K miles I was convinced, I needed the coolan However, the service staff is always trying to sell additional unnecessary services. For example, at 25K miles I was convinced, I needed the coolant changed, however, the owner's manual suggests having that service at 60K. Recently, I was told that I needed front brakes and rotors, seemed odd to me that I needed rotors since my brake pads had never been changed. So, I got a 2nd opinion. Yes, I need front brake pads but not rotors. More
