She was great telling me about the car, price negotiation went great, she new almost everything about the car and she was able to explain to us how to use every function and option in our new Sorento hybrid. She spent almost an hour after she delivered the car explaining everything we need to know. I highly recommend Garden Grove Kia, Even I live in Riverside, it worth the trip to Garden Grove Kia. 2 Days before I went to this dealer (Garden Grove), I stopped by different dealer in Inland Empire, I was was at lot almost 15 mintutes, I did not see any person outside to help me. I do appreciate the customer service of the front desk. However, a tech who greeted me was not incredibly professional and talked down to me (something I did not appreciate). Regardless of whether they will help me at the desk, all techs should display professionalism and customer service. Aside from this experience, I have to say that I genuinely loved Louis. He was incredibly professional, heard my concerns, and addressed them appropriately. He even went above and beyond to thoroughly explain the service that my car was given. More
