The service was easy quick and fast. But I will say if you are unsatisfied with your product and Kia has that trade it back program your sales person will tell you it’s too late for that But I will say if you are unsatisfied with your product and Kia has that trade it back program your sales person will tell you it’s too late for that. The sorento hybrid is a fuel efficient car but the arm rest have the most superficial padding and the seats are very uncomfortable no matter the adjustments. Skip the fuel efficiency and just get a telluride the seats are far better. More
