Easy to get to. Had employees greet you with a smile when you walked through the door. Their finance guy is great! Answered all your questions. Although, Andrea B., Had employees greet you with a smile when you walked through the door. Their finance guy is great! Answered all your questions. Although, Andrea B., their online specialist, seemed to not really want to put forth the time to work with us. We told her we wanted a video of any blemishes to the car before we booked plane tickets to come down there and she referred us to the video on the website after 6 hours of saying she’d take a video. She was late the morning of our transaction. Then, after we had signed paperwork we asked to take one picture with a bow that was lying on a desk near her and she said no. For basically handing her a deal on a silver platter, she had LITTLE interest in making sure we were happy. I wish we could have worked with someone else to make sure they got the commission because she did not represent the dealership well. More
