Customer service means everything to me, and GG Kia is by far the leader in Customer service as far as I'm concerned. I purchased my daughter's 1st Kia as well as my own at a different kia dealer a year ag far the leader in Customer service as far as I'm concerned. I purchased my daughter's 1st Kia as well as my own at a different kia dealer a year ago. After taking my daughter's Forte in for servicing a few months ago I met Javi a sakes person , I mentioned that eventually she wants a Soul...well here we are 3 months later and she drove away with a 2023 Soul! Thank you Javi and everyone else at Garden Grive Kia. Side note; I pushed a roof rack for my Soul that didn't show up so I wasn't able to get it. Needless to say I was bummed out but because of the excellent service I receive I will continue to do business with you guys. Thank you! More
