I had to bring my car in for an engine light diagnostic. When the past arrived, I received a text from Andrea Villa in Service Department and she set up my appointment with Luis Mendoza (my go to Service Consultant), she said that she would have a loaner car ready for me when I arrived. I showed up at 8:30, talked with Luis for a few minutes, then hopped in my lane car and left. The car was ready that afternoon, so I dropped off the loaner car in the morning. No hassle, no mess, exactly how things should go at a Service department! More

Not responsive. 3 weeks after I visited them to check sliding door fault, I have to call them again to check the status of the parts. They said the parts was ready. My first experience as a Kia owner, and I will not be back to this dealer. I had to wait at least 30 mins for someone to even check the car in. After that, they ended up holding the car an entire day t back to this dealer. I had to wait at least 30 mins for someone to even check the car in. After that, they ended up holding the car an entire day to finish diagnosing the problem when we all knew exactly what the problem was, and what part was needed to be ordered, without a loaner car, I had to uber home and back. They called me a day later to let me know they ordered the part (which they knew that first day). I looked in the log, and the car was never even unlocked during that day, so they never even looked at it! Still waiting for a loaner car to take the car in for the replacement part.... Its been 2 weeks. More
