We went to the dealership for a recall service. After an hour they suggested getting an oil change as well. We agreed. After 2 and a half hours (which the said would be the total amount of time for the ent hour they suggested getting an oil change as well. We agreed. After 2 and a half hours (which the said would be the total amount of time for the entire service) they said the didn’t have the part for the recall. I am very disappointed with the dealership and how they handled it. More
