I am very disappointed that after offering repeat business to this same dealership they resorted to haggling rather than an upfront negotiation that was mutually beneficial. Although I am happy with the car, the concern was so much more about the sale for them than customer satisfaction because they did not even have the decency to adequately charge our electric vehicle enough to even have us make it home off the lot. And BUYER BEWARE ... the Platinum Service is anything but, the service left us stranded without follow-up and we had to use reliable AAA instead. More

Andrea was nice enough to wait to assist me with my rental although I had to deal with my insurance company’s incompetence. I got a call saying my car was ready out of the blue but with no prior indication & a busy wrk/home schedule I wasn’t prepared so there was a delay in the returning process but he definitely found a way to accommodate me and was very nice when I was able to speak with him. My car runs well and was done within 11days for engine replacement I’m happy I chose This location. Definitely would recommend them. More
