I'm very annoyed because I found out the loan is with a nationally chartered bank and I specifically told the finance guy and the sales guy helping me that i cannot have a loan with a national bank due to nationally chartered bank and I specifically told the finance guy and the sales guy helping me that i cannot have a loan with a national bank due to my job as. Federal bank examiner. I thought we settled on the kia motor financing which is state chartered but found out yesterday that my loan is with Fifth Third bank. I also got a denial letter from JPMC stating they don't loan to examiners or auditors, so they tried with them as well, another national bank. I just wished they had paid more attention to my request and clarified if they didn't understand bcz this creates an ethics issue for me that I have to report to the OCC's Ethics Office. I called and spoke to Kenny about it yesterday and he had an attitude, was not friendly and was not listening. He kept interrupting me. More

My 2013 Kia Soul needed maintenance as it just rolled past 100,000 miles. This incredibly expensive visit to the dealership took eight and a half hours. I was initially told four hours when I arrived, th past 100,000 miles. This incredibly expensive visit to the dealership took eight and a half hours. I was initially told four hours when I arrived, then at the six hour mark I was told just one hour more. After eight hours, I asked what was going on and the service rep told me the mechanic still needed to take the vehicle for a test drive and that it hadn't been washed - which would take another hour. I passed on the car wash and left after the mechanic returned. When I booked the appointment I made sure to mention I needed a new wiper fluid reservoir but when I arrived I was informed they didn't have the part, but could order one. Later my service rep advised me he had found one and would install it immediately. No shuttle service, no loaner cars, no snacks, no phone charging available in the lounge. All in all not the best experience. I understand the operation has to run differently during coronavirus, but there was pretty much zero customer service being offered and the inflated prices quickly racked up to a whopping $2000! Clearly the enormous costs of renovating the new posh Garden Grove Kia facility are being passed along to the customers. The old location was better and much cheaper. More
