Great Experience Our Daughter needed to buy a new/used car and she lives in Arizona. She knows nothing about how to buy and what to look for, so Mom and Dad wanted to make sure she was not going to be taken advantage of, pay a higher price and ensure that she is buying a safe stable car. We checked auto buying sights for about three weeks and came across a certified pre-owned 2020 Kia Sportage with less than 3000 miles and for a really good price. So of course we thought its a bate and switch. The Sales person, Kadin called us as a follow up to our inquiry. He was very pleasant, not pushy and we felt really comfortable with him. We went down to see the car that afternoon and met with Kadin. What a fantastic employee of Garden Grove Kia. He was by far the best car sales person we have ever dealt with and we have bought a lot of cars, we have 6 kids. Kadin made the experience so pleasant and most important no pressure. He gave us the history report on the car, said it just came in, still is under factory warranty and the car was just perfect for a recently graduated college student. Kadin was able to make the sale with us and our daughter, who was in AZ. He made it so easy for her, when she came down that week to pick up her car, all she had to do was sign a few forms and her car was detailed and waiting for her. Kadin has since been in contact with us several times. He is truly a treasurer and Garden Grove Kia you should be honored to have such a great employee.
