I have had horrible experiences with car dealerships, as my lease is about to be up and needed a new car. Then I ran into Kadin Espinosa!!! He is the most helpful, personable, accommodating person I have EV my lease is about to be up and needed a new car. Then I ran into Kadin Espinosa!!! He is the most helpful, personable, accommodating person I have EVER worked with regarding car sales. He made me feel comfortable and worked with me every step of the way even though my situation wasn’t the greatest and probably made his job a little harder. I also bugged him when he was off work and over weekends and he always responded right away. I would never recommend anyone else to ANY other car dealership then this Kia, and to ask for Kadin. I got the car of my dreams while he took all of the stress of car shopping off my shoulders. 15 out of 10 stars! More

Great service overall I felt like they went beyond what others what have done. We had a noise that we've had since getting brakes and rotors done from a family owned busine I felt like they went beyond what others what have done. We had a noise that we've had since getting brakes and rotors done from a family owned business. It's been 3-4 years having that noise and told Kia about it. They made sure it was taken care of after replacing both brakes. As a bonus, we were able to use a coupon that helped during these trying times. Thanks GG of Kia Service Dept!! More

Luis Mendoza, Alexis and Mike (manager) were the ones that helped with servicing my car, checked on the leaking coolant and oil that I recently noticed was happening to the car. Since the job was going to be longer than necessary to wait, they got me a loaner and I was able to go home. This was extremely helpful with my day (esp with the Covid-19 going on). Their office was very clean and they were constantly sanitizing desktops, pens, anything that was being touched. They also had sanitizer hand gel for their customers that went into their servicing office. Thanks, Garden Grove Kia for being very helpful and making sure all your customers are safe and service was done right and each customer was happy. More
