Do not do business with Andrea Bigger. She was rude from the start, was only nice once I accepted a deal on a truck. Why would I take it there when im purchasing from Garden Grove Kia and Toyota will charge me? I asked politely to speak to a manager about this and Andrea rolled her eyes at me. So unprofessional after I just did business with her on a truck. Paul Park was awesome and so was the manager who said he would put my license plate on. More

To start - this is the 2nd time in my life I've taken the time to write a negative review. I'm not "that person". But they sent the request, so here goes. Chad in Sales nice enough, but as soon as the sale was "done", that's where the good parts of this dealership experience ended. Two specific issues when purchasing my brand new Forte GT. 1. The remote start wasn't functioning on either of the new FOBs. I tried to troubleshoot this myself, thinking it may be user error, and it's definitely a sure that isn't functioning properly. Brought this up to both Chad (Sales Manager) and Paul (Finance Manager), they said to ask the service department. As instructed, I went to the counter as and the service person looked at me like I was from Mars! He asked me to pull my car around, I did, then he walked right past, didn't say a word and did acknowledge the conversation's we had 2 mins before. 2. Financing has been a MESS! I get it, my credit isn't the best it's ever been, but that's why I'm paying a high interest rate AND I had a preapproval with another bank before I walked in the door. But I trusted in the process and let them push toward Kia Financial. So far, I've had to go all the way to Garden Grove (30 min drive) to sign a new finance agreement. Then had to go over all of my personal information for 3rd time over the phone (mind you, I provided 3 months worth of BANK STATEMENTS & incoming documentation). NEXT was an interview with Kia America Financial? This is a new thing!? Don't tell people - "You're all set" when clearly we're not. To date, 3 weeks after "buying" my new car, - No attempt to fix the FOB issue - No confirmation that the loan is in place and truly approved - The bank for my trade-in has no idea that my previous car was traded in AND they are expecting a monthly payment from me. Two starts for Chad being a cool "no pressure" sales guy, but GG Kia definitely needs to training on transparency and follow through. More

They helped me with my car and were very nice. I still have to wait for the ordered part to arrive so no service has been done on my car yet.
