Always have a great experience here. This was my second car purchase from GG Kia. Everyone I’ve worked with has been very nice. However, I waited for almost 4 hours for my scheduled service appointment, and this didn’t even include the car wash. I had them skip it due to the long wait. It’s like I didn’t really have an appointment. And since I don’t live close by, dropping off the car isn’t much of an option. Due to this, I won’t come back here for service. More

Luis was my advisor for my car being serviced. He was friendly, explained everything that needed to be done on my car, gave me a detailed outline of the costs before I committed to buying any extr He was friendly, explained everything that needed to be done on my car, gave me a detailed outline of the costs before I committed to buying any extra services. He even threw in a free car wash for my car! I did explain how I had to wait for a ride, and he went the extra mile to see if I could get dropped off at my home.
