Complete lack of communication from everyone at the service center. I had to call multiple time and every time to get updates. My car was there over a month! Finally figured out what was going on after service center. I had to call multiple time and every time to get updates. My car was there over a month! Finally figured out what was going on after speaking with Kia America because the dealer kept directing me to them instead of explaining why vehicle wouldn’t be covered. On top of that they never provided finance options. When they did I had asked twice and finally received it only to find out it’s basically opening a new credit card so we just used one we had. Their manager was also bad at communicating what the actual issue was with my car leading to an extended amount of time it had to be there. More

They are very easy to schedule service with and don't seem to try and sell you service you don't need. Multiple times I've requested service and after looking at the car have gotten back to me saying th seem to try and sell you service you don't need. Multiple times I've requested service and after looking at the car have gotten back to me saying that they don't believe that is needed now. My usually experience with dealers is they are constantly trying to pile on unnecessary add-ons. This is refreshing. More
